Hayrides & Cowboy Cookouts
MacDonald's Ranch requires a minimum of 8
people for the Trail Ride/Stage Coach cookouts and a minimum
of 15 people for the Hay Ride cookouts, please call for more
information!
Your party will enjoy a fun-filled Hay ride pulled by one of
our Horse or Mule teams. You'll be able to sing songs, and
enjoy the desert scenery, while we take you and your group
to a Cowboy Cookout of steak or chicken dinner cooked
outdoors over open fires. If you like to cook yourself, be
our guest, we have barbeque grills available for your
private parties. Tell some old cowboy tales while relaxing
around your campfire.
For large groups or small gatherings, MacDonald's Ranch has
desert sites for your cowboy cookouts with amenities for
almost any occasion. All of the sites at MacDonald's Ranch
are remote and private. They offer views of the McDowell
Mountain range to the east, Valley lights to the south, and
we assure you that the distant coyotes serenading your meal
are real, as are the many other forms of wildlife you may
see. |

Quail Hollow lays behind a wide tree-lined wash which opens up into a clearing.
The washes at MacDonald's Ranch are "super highways" for many desert critters.

about Quail Hollow's spacious grounds while enjoying your Cowboy Cookout. This
site has a small dance floor for you to boot scoot and two step. It holds up to
